This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by Calibre Concepts Pty Ltd (Us, We, Our or Calibre Concepts), via the website located at www.calibreconcepts.com.au (the Website).

Our policy complies with Our obligations under the Australian Privacy Principles that form part of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Australia).

2) What personal information do we collect and why?
a) The kind of personal information that We collect from you (You) will depend on how You use the Website. The personal information which We collect and hold about You may include Your: name, company you represent, role you hold at the company, company ABN, delivery address, phone number and email address.
b) We will collect personal information from You whenever You input such information into the Website via Our account registration process when You become a Member or when subscribing to Our Email
Newsletter.
c) We also collect cookies from Your computer which enable Us to tell when You use the Website and also to help customise Your website experience. As a general rule, however, it is not possible to identify You personally from Our use of cookies.
d) The purpose for which We collect personal information is to provide You with the best service experience possible on calibreconcepts.com.au so that we may:
i) qualify You in order to become a ‘Member’ with a registered account to access our Services including complimentary delivery of product samples for Your architectural projects;
ii) communicate with you regarding the product samples you have selected via the website;
iii) provide a ‘wishlist’ and ‘past order’ Service so that you may create a personalised collection of products you would like to save in Your account for future reference or review Your previous requests; and
iv) communicate with You regarding Products and Services that we think may be of interest to You.
e) We customarily disclose personal information only to our service providers who assist us in operating the Website and our third-party delivery partners. Your personal information may also be exposed from time to time to maintenance and support personnel acting in the normal course of their duties.
f) By subscribing to our Email Newsletter or registering an account, You consent to the receipt of direct marketing material. We will only use Your personal information for this purpose if we have collected such information directly from You, and if it is material of a type which You would reasonably expect to receive from us. We do not use sensitive personal information in direct marketing activity. Our direct marketing material will include a simple means by which You can request not to receive further communications of this nature.
3) Right of access to and correction of your information

All complaints will be considered by Our Privacy Officer and we may seek further information from You to clarify Your concerns. If we agree that Your complaint is well founded, we will, in consultation with You, take appropriate steps to rectify the problem. If You remain dissatisfied with the outcome, You may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
